Sometimes the "Open With" menu contains double (or even more) entries.
What you have to do to correct it is to run the following command from the terminal:
/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user
